The Double JJ Ranch and Golf Resort is one the region’s greatest resort destinations, offering championship golf at its Thoroughbred Golf Club (rated 4 ½ stars by Golf Digest), horseback riding along miles of scenic trails, boating, bicycling, corral shows, rifle target shooting and more. The Double JJ is located north of Muskegon in Rothbury, Michigan (approximately an hour from downtown Grand Rapids).

Option # 1 – Golf at the Double JJ Ranch and Golf Resort

Experience the strategic layout of the Thoroughbred Golf Course that offers 18 championship holes that sprawl through 240 acres of rolling Michigan forests.

Option # 2 – Horseback Riding & Other Activities at the Double JJ Ranch and Golf Resort

Experience a two-hour adventure on horseback through the scenic Michigan trails. After you have worked up an appetite from the ride, you’ll enjoy lunch in a dining hall for a western-style barbeque. After lunch, head back outside for some additional activities and demonstrations including archery, riflery, basketball, shuffleboard and mini-golf.

Option # 3 – Jeep Adventure

Create memories that will last a lifetime as you experience the ultimate off-road jeep adventure. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience on a two-hour, 23-mile, off-road adventure through the Pere Marquette Forest in four-person jeeps. You will be led by an experienced guide while you follow in your own jeep. Each driver must have a valid driver’s license within his/her own country. Following the off-road ride, you will be shuttled back to the Double JJ to join the “ranchers” for the western-style barbeque lunch, activities and demonstrations (Double JJ’s Corral Show Games).

$265 per person

Price includes: transportation, breakfast, two-hour dune ride, BBQ lunch, sports-a-thon (demonstrations/activities) and non-alcoholic beverages.

Option# 4 – Charter Fishing

After you enjoy breakfast at the Double JJ Ranch, you will head north a few exits to Charlie’s Marina in Pentwater, a small town located on the coast of Lake Michigan. You will experience a four-hour fishing expedition in the waters of Lake Michigan.

$320 per person

Price includes: transportation, breakfast, five-hour fishing charter (includes license fee, cleaning the fish, fuel, etc), boxed lunch and non-alcoholic beverages.
